Thanks to the Operation to Renovate Leisure Property (ORIL) created by the commune of Saint Martin de Belleville, owners now have the possibility to receive grants when they renovate their property.

THE OPERATION TO RENOVATE LEISURE PROPERTY (ORIL)
Aim
Ensure that the rental accommodation park meets comfort and security norms by adding an aesthetic aspect corresponding to the holidaymakerís demands and this in order to create a loyal clientele.
- Security : electricity, bunk beds Ö.
- Comfort: the standard of white goods and sanitary equipment
- Quality : floor coverings, fixtures and fittings, furnitureÖ
- Aesthetic : harmony of colours, furniture, style


To help owners to attain this aim, the Commune of Saint Martin de Belleville and the lift companies (SEVABEL and SETAM) give a financial aid, depending on the surface area of the apartment (a sum equivalent to about 30 pour cent of the full cost of the work) :
Grants from 180 Ä /m¾ for the first 20 m¾ and 90 Ä /m¾ for any extra,
for example 3 960 Ä for a 24 m¾ apartment.

To benefit from these grants, there are only two conditions :
- A total respect of the renovation conditions
- Your property must be put on the rental books of Agence 4-6 immobilier for a minimum of 9 years

Work
After the visit and creation of the renovation conditions, there are two ways in which the work can be done :
- Work undertaken by the owner after prior accord for the project given by SEM RENOV
- Work undertaken by 4-6 immobilier after prior accord for the project given by SEM RENOV

The advantages of the dossier being managed by 4-6 immobilier:
- 4-6 immobilier ensures all the administrative paperwork
- Free on-site works management
- A better rental income
- Automatic local government and local classification
- If you property is sold or for any other reason, you can exit the repayment system on a pro rata basis.
